Below is our regular price list. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Overtime is only charged in conjunction with a package.

Find the right option quickly: Studio 2, Studio 3, Studio 4 and the podcast area can be booked individually to match the space your production actually needs. If you plan to use two or more studios, the complete rear production area is usually the more economical and flexible choice.

01 / Studio 1 (Large Space)

Heating and electricity costs included

• No minimum rental period
• Price depends on budget
• Cove painting (depending on area): between 80 and 120 euros

The Chocolate Factory Studio

02 / Studio 2 (Daylight)

Heating and electricity costs included | Minimum rental period: 5 hours

For 8 hours, either a 3-piece flash lighting set or continuous lighting is included.

03 / Studio 3 (Retro Lounge)

Heating and electricity costs included | Minimum rental period: 5 hours

For 8 hours, either a 3-piece flash lighting set or continuous lighting is included.

• Overtime (per hour): €85.00*

04 / Studio 4 (Blackbox)

Heating and electricity costs included | Minimum rental period: 5 hours

For 8 hours, either a 3-piece flash lighting set or continuous lighting is included.

• Overtime (per hour): €85.00*

05 / Podcast Area

Complete Rear Production Area

Your price advantage: If you need two or more studios, the complete area costs less than the corresponding combination of individual spaces and provides more room for sets, crew, styling and production.

Lounge Area

Add-on only: lounge, additional makeup room or dressing room

General Terms and Conditions

• Included: Heating and electricity costs are already included in all rental prices.
• Film Locations: For all studios used as film locations, prices are by arrangement only.
• Weekend/Holiday: Sunday/public holiday surcharge: 15% surcharge on base rent.
• Night surcharge: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM: 50% surcharge on base rent.
• Equipment: Lighting equipment, props, etc. can be booked additionally. For 8-hour bookings, lights are often included. Set construction overnight requires the 12-hour rate.
• Discount: Upon presentation of proof (e.g., student ID), a discount of up to 30% is possible.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations up to 3 days before the rental start, we charge 50% of the rental price.
• For cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) before the rental start, we charge 100% of the rental price.

Liability & Damages

In the event of damage caused to the rented equipment or studio, a contact person from WE Studio must be notified immediately. Damages caused by the renter must be compensated. WE Studio is not liable for damage or loss of brought-in equipment.
